1. Acceptance of Terms

Safe & Sound Home Services Inc. operates a digital advertising and business listing platform.
We do not:
- Provide or perform services
- Act as an agent, broker, or representative
- Guarantee outcomes
3. No Endorsement
Listings are not verified or endorsed unless explicitly stated. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
4. User Responsibility
All interactions with listed businesses are solely between users and those businesses. You are responsible for verifying credentials and suitability.
5. Advertiser Services
Advertisers are subject to the Advertiser Agreement, which governs all advertising-related matters.
6. Payments
All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee leads, traffic, or business outcomes.
8. Platform Control
We may approve, edit, suspend, or remove content at our sole discretion.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful or misleading purposes or attempt to disrupt functionality.
10. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid within the last 30 days.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Safe & Sound Home Services Inc. against claims arising from your use or content.
13. Technical Disruptions
We are not liable for outages or events beyond our control.
14. Intellectual Property
All content and branding are owned by Safe & Sound Home Services Inc.
15. Privacy

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Advertiser Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer, form the full agreement.
