Terms for Business Listings & Advertising Services

Overview
By creating a listing or purchasing advertising, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Services
We provide advertising visibility only. We do not guarantee results or act as an agent.
2. No Guarantee
No guarantees of leads, revenue, or engagement.
3. Advertiser Responsibility
All content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You are fully responsible for your business and claims.
4. Approval & Removal
We may approve, reject, or remove listings at any time.
5. Fees
All fees are paid in advance and subject to change.
6. Refunds
No refunds once ads are active, except for billing errors or technical failure.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing only. No prorated refunds.
8. Platform Role
We are not involved in transactions or disputes.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Safe & Sound Home Services Inc.
10. Liability
Liability limited to fees paid within last 30 days.
11. Governing Law
Ontario, Canada.
