Since we do not offer or sell physical products, there is no shipping involved. All services, including listing activation and account management, are delivered digitally via our website.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our online directory listings. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is as follows:
- Subscription Listings are non-refundable once published on our platform.
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical errors, billing mistakes, or if a listing was never activated.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the original billing date.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
- Cancellations will prevent renewal of your subscription at the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining time on the current active subscription.
- Listings will remain active until the end of the paid period unless otherwise requested.

If you notice an error in your listing (e.g., incorrect business details), please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll correct errors promptly and work with you to ensure your listing accurately reflects your business.
